Software Engineer

Salary: up to £60,000 + benefits

Location of office: Fully Remote Working

The Role:

Our client, a leader in the development of autonomous driving applications and software tools are now seeking experienced Software Engineers to join their growing software engineering team, working on a fully remote basis. Ideal Software Engineers will be strong programming with both C++ and C# and have proven experience in developing complex applications in an Agile environment. This is the chance to join a new team focussed on new product development with an exciting product roadmap ahead of them.

The successful Software Engineers will be joining an established, expanding business who pride themselves in developing cutting edge software applications, working to modern development techniques and agile developments methods. You will be tasked with designing, building, and maintaining a range of software applications whilst working as part of a multinational development team. You will be expected to focus on quality and functionality as the software solutions will be moving huge amounts of data in real time, and reliability is key to their success.

Skills and experience required:

• C++ and C# programming
• Application development
• Test driven development methods
• Agile development
• Degree qualified – Computer science or similar

Desirable skills and experience:

• Embedded software
• Python scripting
• UI toolkits – Qt, Rviz etc
• Google test

Package includes: Salary of up to £60,000, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, flexitime, remote working, generous pension contribution and bonus scheme
