KO2 use multiple specialist online recruitment databases to find relevant candidates CVs and contact details. KO2 also has an advertising presence by way of collecting CVs.
KO2 provide a service to individuals or companies, namely aiding a job search, or working with a business to fill a vacancy.
KO2 always ensure a business relationship is maintained, so that if an individual is not currently actively looking for a job KO2 are still able to provide an efficient service if circumstances were to change. Similarly, if a business is not recruiting for staff, KO2 understand the importance of maintaining a relationship to enable a more efficient service when there is a recruitment need.
KO2 use your information to match your details with job vacancies, to assist us in finding a position that is most suitable for you, and to send your personal information (including sensitive personal information) to clients in order to apply for jobs.

Where you are registered as a candidate on our database in the UK, your personal information is only accessible by the directors of KO2 registered at companies house, one of whom is the businesses named Data Controller. KO2 has access to premium online recruitment databases where individuals store their CVs. KO2 also has extensive advertising capabilities with premium online recruitment databases. KO2 work to “legitimate interests” as a lawful basis for processing.
Legitimate interests are the most flexible lawful basis for processing. KO2 will only use an individual’s email address, phone number and CV in a way that would be reasonably expected when there is a reasonable expectation that at some point the individual could be looking for a new job or require assistance to fill a vacancy. As a result, there will be a minimal privacy impact.
The legitimate interests can be KO2’s own interests or the interests of third parties. They can include commercial interests, individual interests or broader societal benefits.
