A very exciting opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a fast-growing start-up company who have VC funding from highly respected and successful venture capitalists. The company has ambitious expansion plans for it’s R&D department after securing major customer wins for its smart wearable product.

The company has grown from 5 to 12 people in a short space of time but is now needing to bolster the R&D team as there is lots of development work to do.

You will be working in the company’s modern office space in Manchester working on the development of their wearable device, which allows individuals to get cutting edge insight into an individual’s health. This insight is different to anything currently available in the market.

The company is gaining interest from some of the biggest pharmaceutical, fitness, technology, and insurance brands in the world, which is providing everyone in the company extra motivation.

It is clear to see that the whole company is working towards its mission statement/ purpose, which provides individuals insight and awareness of things they didn’t think was possible.

Due to an increasing amount of work and customer demand there is a need for a further full time Embedded Software Engineer to join it’s small and growing multidisciplined R&D tea. For this role you should be a strong Embedded C Microcontroller/ Microprocessor Engineer who has ideally working on low power wireless devices previously. Any experience working with sensors, or products that connects to the Cloud would be advantageous.

If you haven’t worked on these types of products previously, but you are passionate to, our client is still keen to speak to you.

The client offers flexible working hours, a great working environment and the opportunity to join a company on a very exciting journey.
