Working with the Senior Electronics Test Engineer, you will help create new test systems, maintain existing equipment, and support NPI and PFMEA activities across the business.

We are looking for someone with solid electronic and electrical engineering knowledge and experience gained in a test or manufacturing environment. Strong LabVIEW programming is essential. Main Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and specifications for new products, ensuring alignment with customer and internal standards.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of customer return investigations, leading structured 8D problem-solving in close collaboration with the Failure Analysis (FA) team and suppliers. Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
Experience in managing strategic suppliers (manage supplier evaluation and improvement projects, PPAP’s, FMEA’s)
Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and SPC methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone tools.
