  • Communicate investigation progress, containment actions, and corrective measures clearly and professionally to customers.
  • Coordinate failure analysis priorities with the FA team based on customer impact and business needs.
  • Guide internal teams and suppliers in applying structured 8D and root cause analysis methods.
  • Manage supplier-related quality issues, verifying the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure customer complaints and non-conformities are effectively communicated and resolved within supplier networks.
  • Lead MRB and CRB reviews to drive robust decision-making and resolution.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable quality improvements.
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments, identifying systemic risks and ensuring compliance to standards.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Quality Engineering role within semiconductor or automotive electronics.
  • Experience of semiconductor processes: wafer fabrication, ASIC assembly, and testing.
  • Internal auditor IATF 16949 or VDA6.3 (can be expired certificate)
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3).
  • Experience in managing strategic suppliers (manage supplier evaluation and improvement projects, PPAP’s, FMEA’s)
  • Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and SPC methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone tools.

If you’re a quality-focused engineer with experience in semiconductors or high-reliability electronics, this is the role for you
