Position: Senior Embedded Engineer

Salary: Up To £65,000

Location: Mansfield

The Role:

A position is now available for an Embedded Engineer to join an engineering team to work towards the development of a new range of industry leading control solutions. Our client is an established R&D focused business, with a stellar reputation built upon providing reliable products for the last 30+ years.

Skills Required:

• Embedded C programming
• ARM  microcontrollers
• RTOS and Bare metal development
• CAN, Ethernet, RS232, RS485 protocols

The successful Embedded Engineer will be tasked with contributing to the full software life cycle of the design and development of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and roll out. The role will involve developing software, primarily in embedded C for ARM Cortex microcontrollers, both at low level and application level. Working in a team environment you can expect to contribute to team meetings whilst also working on individual projects where applicable.

This role will best suit an engineer who is particularly strong with embedded design and enjoys variety in their role with the chance to contribute to new products throughout all stages of the development process.
