A small (but expanding) electronics company who specialise in the Medical Device sector require a Senior Electronics Engineer to join their R&D team in Central London.
It is an exciting time to join the company as they have secure financial investment, have a working prototype, and there is lots of new hardware design and technology enhancements to be made before going into full manufacture.
The company’s medical device is proven to improve the healthcare of individuals by up to 50%, which is gaining interest from customers globally.
For this role you should be an Electronics Engineer who has full lifecycle experience (working from proof of concept to manufacture). You should have Mixed Signal Design skills (Analogue and Digital) and ideally should have experience working on device that operate at a low power.
You will be working part of a small and passionate multidisciplined R&D team (consisting of Electronic, Embedded Software and Mechanical Design Engineers). You will be also be working closely with Scientists in this role.

Full electronic lifecycle experience (from concept to manufacture)
Analogue and Digital skills
Experience designing to EMC and other Certification standards
Experience designing products that operate at a low power
Experience designing products for regulated industry sectors (e.g. Oil+Gas, Medical)
Strong documentation skills
Altium schematic and layout experience
Medical Device experience
Embedded C programming experience
Communication protocol experience (I2C, RS232, RS485)
