Position: Lead Software Engineer

Salary: Up to £65,000

Location of work: Fully Remote Working

Skills and Experience Required:

• C and C++ programming
• Python scripting
• Unit or automated testing
• Jira, Bitbucket or Git
• Windows application development

The Role: Our client is continuing to grow their technology team which is focused on the development of new, cutting-edge autonomous vehicle platforms and software tools. These projects are truly unique and will set the industry standard moving forward. They are happy for people to take on this role on a fully remote basis and have been operating in this style for several years now.

The successful Software Engineer will be joining a team environment so strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with other developers is crucial. You can expect to be involved in the full design life cycle of a host of new projects including in house testing procedures and processes. You can expect to be developing new code, updating existing solutions and apply automated and unit testing procedures to ensure code quality. You will be working in a team but be expected to take responsibility for your own tasks and workload whilst developing new software solutions to achieve customers requirements.
