Position: Embedded Software Engineer

Package includes: Salary of up to £75,000

Location of office: Edgware, London

Location of work: Remote Working Available 2/3 days a week

The role: Our client, a well backed, fast growing start-up in the sports technology sector are now looking to add an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to join their team to work on the development of their next generation of products.

Their engineering team is made up on a multidiscipline team of likeminded people including sports scientists, electronics engineers, mechanical engineers and software developers and they are looking for Embedded Software Engineers who are keen to work as part of a team whilst taking ownership over their own time and workload.

This role will suit embedded engineers who are passionate about technology and keen to develop state of the art hardware and software to allow people to gain more insight in the live sports sector. You will be keen to be part of a team and be motivated by working on a variety of projects with the chance to contribute throughout the full lifecycle.

Skills and experience required:

• Embedded C/C++
• RTOS or Bare Metal
• SPI, I2C, UART, USB, RS485 etc
• Memory interfacing (EEPROM, FLASH, SRAM, SD card)

Desirable skills and experience:

• Linux
• STM32 or ARM Cortex micros
• Python or Bash
• Version Control – SVN, GIT etc

Package includes: Salary of up to £70,000 + pension, 25 days holiday, flexible hours and more
