Position: Electronic Engineer

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000

Location of office: Coventry

Location of work: A hybrid WFH model is offered, 2 days a week working from home.

The Role: A highly successful electronics business, who design and manufacture five million IoT smart home safety devices every year require an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their Engineering team.

In this role you will report directly to the Electronics Manager, and your core responsibility will be to work towards the development of their next generation product range whilst maintaining their existing products.

The ideal Electronics Engineer will be degree qualified and be able to illustrate industry experience in a similar role, ideally designing cutting edge electronic products in a high-volume design environment. You will be strong designing analogue and electronics circuits, designing multi-layer PCBs, schematic capture and be familiar with low current design. Whilst any experience with safety critical standards, embedded design or experience IoT connect devices would make your CV standout.

Skills Required:

• Digital and analogue circuit design
• Multi-Layer PCB design
• PADS
• Schematic capture
• Low current design – battery powered product
